Payment
Once you have confirmed your order a paypal invoice will be sent to your contact email address and you can choose to deposit money to the Cupcakes in Camden account by credit card, paypal or bank deposit.
A 20% deposit must be paid for all orders over $100 either by credit card, paypal or bank deposit upon confirmation of the order and the remaining balance paid in full one week before the event day.
All orders under $100 must be paid in full by credit card, paypal or bank deposit on confirmation of your order.
Payment options we can currently accept are Direct Bank Deposit, Cheque or Cash, and must be specified at the time of ordering. (no personal cheques accepted)
We currently accept Visa, Master card and Bankcard (Note small surcharge applies 1.5%)
Refund/Exchanges
At Cupcakes in Camden we aim to deliver the best possible product.
Cupcakes in Camden will gladly refund, exchange or credit where goods:
Are faulty - this does not include breakages in the delivery process where the delivery is out of our control (courier deliveries)
Have been wrongly described
Are different from a sample or photo shown to you.
If you're unsure of a product, please contact us prior to ordering, and we can discuss samples (costs apply).
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you:
Simply change your mind, or
Make a wrong decision.
