CAKE TRANSPORT

C in C Kitchen ensures that all products leave with the customer in a safe manner ( cake box or cake tub) and that they travel in the best place in your car. Once you leave C in C it is then your responsibility to care for your cakes by having air con and getting them to a safe place within the shortest time possible. It is not advised that you make stops and that you consider leaving cake pick up as your final stop before heading home or to your event venue. There is a blue cake care card attached to each order with best care practices for your cakes.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

C in C suggests leaving your products in their cake boxes in a cool dry place until display or serving. Being freshly baked on the day it is advised that you enjoy your baked goods fresh on the day. Most baked goods will last up to three days if they are kept in an airtight container in a cool dry place. It is not advised that you leave cakes and bakes in the fridge for long periods of time. The cakes will go heard and they should always be enjoyed at room temp.
